Today Google annouced it Android mobile OS. The news are everywhere, unfortunately according to TechCrunch it only provided an emulator instead of the real OS. It seems like the convergence battle has already provided result.

So today i found this link in digg, the board of Yahoo! has just rejected Microsofts' over for about $44.6 BILLION, now, that is hugee. Some analysts have figured out that Yahoos' stock will just go down to the bottom of the sea after this moved or at least they will a lil bit suffer caused by this rejection, thats for sure.
